Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions across Australia:

  • Queensland
  • New South Wales
  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
  • Victoria

Customers will receive a confirmation email on Monday evening with their scheduled delivery day. On the day of delivery, a text message from the courier will be sent with tracking or delivery updates.


Quality Assurance

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:

  • All chilled meat is carefully packed to maintain consistent cold temperatures during transit
  • Products are kept below 4°C to preserve freshness
  • All meat is cryo-vacuum sealed to lock in quality and extend shelf life

Courier & Cold Chain Handling

Orders are delivered using trusted courier partners experienced in cold chain logistics. This ensures your products remain fresh, safe, and handled with care from dispatch to delivery.


Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are collected Monday mornings from our butcher in Oakey
  • Queensland deliveries: Tuesday
  • New South Wales & ACT deliveries: Thursday
  • Victoria deliveries: Friday or Monday (for regional areas)
