Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Victoria. Availability may vary slightly for remote or regional areas, but we aim to cover as many locations as possible within these regions.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and collected from our butcher on Monday mornings. Delivery schedules are: Queensland on Tuesday, New South Wales and ACT on Thursday, and Victoria on Friday or Monday for regional areas. You will receive a confirmation email on Monday evening with your delivery day, followed by a courier message on the day of delivery.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Delivery times are managed by our courier partners and depend on your location and route scheduling. While we cannot guarantee exact time slots, you will receive tracking or notification updates on the day of delivery to help you plan accordingly.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
We recommend providing clear delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. safe drop location). Once the order has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility. Ensuring a secure delivery location helps maintain product quality and prevents loss.
How is the meat packaged?
All products are cryo-vacuum sealed to lock in freshness and prevent contamination. Orders are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain consistent cold conditions below 4°C throughout transit.
Is your beef fresh or frozen?
Our beef is delivered fresh, not frozen, unless otherwise stated. This allows you to enjoy premium quality meat with optimal texture and flavour. You may freeze the product after delivery if needed.
Where is your beef sourced?
Our beef is sourced from trusted Australian farms that follow high standards of animal welfare and sustainable farming practices. We focus on delivering consistently high-quality, ethically raised beef.
Is your beef hormone-free?
We prioritise high-quality, responsibly raised beef. Specific details such as hormone or feed practices may vary by product, so we recommend checking individual product descriptions for full transparency.
How do I store the meat after delivery?
All products should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and kept below 4°C. If you do not plan to consume the meat within the recommended timeframe, it can be frozen to extend shelf life without compromising quality.
How long will the meat last?
Shelf life depends on the specific cut and how it is stored. Vacuum-sealed meat generally lasts longer when kept refrigerated at proper temperatures. For best results, refer to any storage guidance provided with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our made-to-order process, all orders are prepared specifically for each customer. As a result, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist before processing begins.
Do you offer refunds?
We provide refunds or replacements where required under applicable consumer laws. To be eligible, claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery and supported with relevant evidence such as photos and proof of purchase.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide photos, product details, and proof of purchase so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
What if my order is lost during transit?
While your order is in transit, it is under the responsibility of the courier. If an order is lost or misplaced, we will lodge a claim with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if my order is stolen after delivery?
Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We recommend providing detailed delivery instructions to ensure safe placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for stolen goods after confirmed delivery.
