Due to the nature of our products, all orders are prepared fresh and processed to order.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. This is because our meat is cut, prepared, and packed specifically for your order shortly after it is received.
Why Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
- All products are made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness
- Livestock is processed specifically based on confirmed orders
- Preparation begins quickly after order placement
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered processing.
